The Hampshire College Art Gallery is pleased to announce that Vic Ferreira Sardinha and Yahui Liu will present an exhibition of their Division III work in the first week of December. The exhibition, featuring the installations 37.7167° N, 25.4210° W by Vic Ferreira Sardina and Before It Ends, Before It Starts by Yahui Liu, will open on Thursday, November 30, and be on view through Wednesday, December 6. A reception celebrating the exhibition will be held on Friday, December 1, from 5-7 pm.
Each semester, artists in their final semester at Hampshire College experiment with form and conceptual propositions in a series of small group exhibitions. This MFA-style program is a supportive and rigorous experience for undergraduate students. It provides a foundation in curatorial and professional practice for artists, through mentorship and workshops.
